CLASS ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
(1) Call 407-288-6176 or 407-323-2700 and add your dog’s name to the class list and to make sure the class has not been rescheduled. On the first night of class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out the enrollment form and provide payment.

(2) Pre-Enroll - Stop by Paw Park Place (corner of 17-92 and 4th St., next to the Paw Park of Historic Sanford) to fill out your enrollment form and provide payment before the class starting date, or fax (407-323-2725) if you are paying with a credit card. 10% discount for pre-enrollments.
Please note: If you do not pre-enroll, you may need to have your class rescheduled. There is a 6 dog limit per class. Pre-enrollments get first priority If you signed up for class but are unable to attend, please call before the class start time to let us know.
What You Need to Bring
• Buckle/snap collar, Gentle Leader, or anti-pull harnesses allowed. Regular harness acceptable if the dog is under 15 lbs. Metal collars are not allowed.
• Leather, cloth, or nylon leash. No metal leashes or flexi-leads.
• Soft, smelly treats that can be broken up into small pieces.
• Your dog’s shot records (dogs must be up-to-date on their shots to attend class).
• Your dog and your family.
