MaJBaKBB burst onto the scene in 1997, immediately impacting the already popular wedding/barmitzva gigs of the midwest. Although technically a barmitzva band, the duo has branched out into the world of weddings, business luncheons and high school dances.
|
||||||||||||||||||
|
According to Matt, it all began after he had been shunned as the bass player for a certain legendary local band consisiting primarily of grocery store employees and replaced rather easily. He recruited his long time companion John to form a renegade band. Attempting to do what no other bass/keyboard combo had ever done before, the boys broke into the world of barmitzva bashes and within 6 months, they were playing one to two shows a year.
