Quarterback Rating:

This Java applet computes NFL quarterback ratings. The user enters the values for Attempts, Completions, Yards, Touchdowns, and Interceptions, pushes the Rating button, and the remaining fields are calculated and displayed.

The Java applet uses a GridLayout and also uses the DecimalFormat class to round off each value to the traditional format.
