- ON SITE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES -
1. Your Registrar Is A Grumpy Old NDT Manager Type That Is A Stickler For Detail, So..........
a. VERIFY YOUR PRE-REGISTRATION STATUS ON THE POSTED LISTINGS. if you are listed, proceed to the Registration Desk with the items listed below. IF YOU ARE NOT LISTED (for whatever reason), FILL OUT A BLANK REGISTRATION FORM PRIOR TO PROCEEDING TO THE REGISTRATION DESK. They are available throughout the Registration Area.
b. Government and approved Government Contract Personnel will need a VALID Federal Identification Card, Orders (where required). Contract personnel will need a copy of their approval letters.
c. Wednesday Session attendees will need a valid drivers license from their state of residency and / or other ID as deemed necessary by the registrar AND if requested, proof of US Citizenship.
d. Finally, see below for Registration Fees and accepted forms of payment, there are no exemptions or exceptions.
2. Keep your Registrar "happy" by following these simple procedures and all will go very smooth and quick at the Reg Desk. (all kidding aside, this really works when all comply)
