I took this photograph of Jimmy around 1970, in front of an almost 100 year old century plant at our family home in Helotes, Texas. He was about 27 years old.

Jimmy loved to read. He was a genius, with over 165 I.Q. Everywhere he lived, he had walls full of books. This photograph was taken inside of his apartment on Beacon Hill, in Boston, Massachusets, when I believe he was somewhere in his 20's.

The photo above was taken on my second to last visit with Jimmy at his home in Mansfield Hollow Connecticut. He was acually working on a book project when I took this picture in his upstairs loft studio.

The photograph on the right, was taken by our Mother on one of her visits with Jimmy in New York City, where he owned an apartment in the Chelsea area. I believe this was taken outside of the Metropolitan museum.
