Letters To Dream Catchers
The
Turkey
Terminator

Tyler Counts
15 years old
Tyler with his Mom Leigh, his little sister Katy and his Dad Thomas along with his 8 point deer!  One Photo shows Tyler with his Dad, saying he was "HEE MAN"  All that trap skeet shooting at the range with Dad on clays and targets paid off.  His limit was four and he took two at at time!  One sighting of wild turkeys he went BANG! BANG!  taking one on the ground and one as they scattered!
Amazing!
Then he turned around and did it again the next day!  He kept Dad and Vice President of Dream Catchers, Rob Cook busy dressing out game for his Mom and Dad's freezer!!!  Tyler was born with SpinaBafida but as you can see it does keep him from target shooting and hunting with his Dad!
Dream Catchers Team:
Thank you so much for our trip to Texas.  It was truly an
unbelievable hunt!  Tyler carries a picture of his eight
point and his turkeys with him all the time.  So much
of his time is consumed by doctors, hospitals and tests.
It was wonderful to see him smile and enjoy himself.
Rob and his family were terrific hosts!  We had so
much in common.  God will surely bless you and your
organization for the work that you do. If we can ever
be of assistance to you, do not hesitate to call!

Thanks again,
Thomas and Leigh Ann Counts
Tyler's Story doesn't end there.  Wheelin' Sportsman invited him to a wild hog hunt organized and conducted in Alabama.  He went to take on the challenge with his Father and harvested a 300# feral wild hog while on this hunt.  Tyler has been hunting special childrens doe days and area hunting with his Dad for a long long time.

When he wrote to Dream Catchers he had a special wish for him and his Dad to go
on a wilderness buck hunt.  He is an amazing marksman.Ask anyone at the North
Alabama Shooting Range, near Russellville,AL.  They all know of Tyler's shooting skills on the range.  Tyler was featured in The Great Outdoors of Alabama, June 2003 Issue.  He will now become a participating companion to both Buck Masters
B. A. D. F. and The Wild Turkey Federation Wheelin' Sportsman's  fine organizations for as long as he is able and live out his life to it's fullest potential.
We at Dream Catchers will continue to introduce these to wonderful organizations
to those who wish to go on continuing with hunting opportunities near and around where they live with Hunters Clubs in their area's of the country.  Click and read
about this amazing young hunter, Tyler Counts who keeps his families freezer full
and who is fast becoming a great inspiration to many physically challenged hunters.

Please visit the other wonderful organizations mentioned above as well.

A Dall Ram WOW!

Cody Adkins receives Honorary
Deputy Badge and a Proclamation
from the Governor of Texas at the Ranch
From: Rusty Hill

My name is Billy (Rusty) Hill, I am 31 years old and live in Knoxville, TN.
I am confined to a wheelchair due to Birth Defects. I have a neighbor 13
years of age Cody Adkins. Cody has a Brain Stem Tumor which is
inoperable and now lifethreatning. Cody said to me one day, I would like
to go on a hunt together and both of us be able to harvest an animal. I said
to him, Cody that would be great but I've found no organization to grant
wishes to adults. Cody said I'll find one and he did, DREAMCATCHERS!

We went to the World Famous Y.O. Ranch in Mountain Home, TX. and there we spent 3 day and 3 nights. Cody went on his hunt with his guide (Ronnie Rucker) and I went on my hunt with my guide (Doug Luger) two very awesome gentlemen. The second day at the Y.O. Ranch we were presented with lots of gifts, Camo, Shooting glasses, Hand Crafted Knives presented to us by: Tom Beery & Glen Marshall, Cody was made an Honorary Deputy Constable of Fort Bend County, TX. by Mr. Rob Cook, and we were both made Honorary Citizens of Texas by the Governor of Texas Rick Perry just to name a few items. I harvested a Fallow Doe and a Texas Dall Sheep, Cody harvested a Black Buck Antelope Doe. The Sheep will be mounted and the hides are being made into rugs. There are many people to Thank and our deepest Regards go to the following: Dream Catchers USA -  Nancy Copeland, Rob Cook, Dale Clair, Carol Kratz, an area Rep. in Texas David Autrey and all the founders, board members and supporters of Dream Catchers.  The Y.O.
