Deposition: July 25, 2005, Chicago, IL. I testified for the attorney representing the plaintiff, Robert R. Melnick of Melnick & Melnick, Attorneys at Law, Youngstown, OH in a fatal fall. Estate of Jose Felicaino Santiago, Deceased, v. Tripple J Framing. Inc., Dugan & Meyers Construction Co., Phoenix Drexel Limited Partnership.
Deposition: October 11, 2002. San Francisco, California. I was deposed by the attorney representing the defense, Elisha Rosenblum of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, Chicago, Illinois, in the case Burke v. Turner.
Deposition: January 4, 2001. Chicago, Illinois. I was deposed by the attorney representing the plaintiff in Cause No. 97-01463-A, Thomas Dvorak v. Turner Construction Company of Texas, et al., 14th District Court of Dallas County, Texas. I appeared as an expert on Fall Protection for Defense Attorney Hugh N. Lyle of Craig, Terrill & Hale, L.L.P., Lubbock, Texas.
Deposition: June 28, 2000. Deerfield, Illinois. I was deposed by the attorney representing the defendant in case No. 99-CV-4091-JLF, Jonathon Lile, Plaintiff, vs. East Richland Community Unit School District No. 1, Defendant, United States District Court, Southern District of Illinois, Benton Division. I was an expert for the plaintiff regarding the National Fire Protection Association’s Life Safety Code and handrails.
