About the Author - Dr Gulevich

Steven Gulevich received his baccalaureate in 1981 and the degree of doctor of medicine in 1985. He completed neurology residency training in 1989 and did a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neurophysiology before serving for a year as assistant professor of neurology. Dr. Gulevich has been practicing medicine in the Rocky Mountain region since 1992 and performs about 200 Botox/Myobloc injections annually. Dr. Gulevich may be contacted at the address shown below.
