Great Books Reading Group D.C.

About The Group

Do you live in the Washington area?

Do you want to learn more about Mozart, Plato, Aristotle, Sophocles, Faulkner, Descartes, Machiavelli, Darwin, Dante, Chaucer, Tolstoy or the Bible?

Do you struggle to find time to read? Lack the motivation and the discipline?

That was my story too. You’re not alone.

Make the commitment! Come join the brave souls from the Great Books Reading Group as they tackle the ST. JOHN’S COLLEGE READING LIST (with a select few additions)

We read less than 3 hours per week but, we have already conquered; Homer's Iliad and the Odyssey, Sophocles' Antigone, Oedipus Rex and Oedipus at Colonus, and Aeschylus' the Agamemnon.

We are all busy professionals, but we want to assure you that YOU CAN do this.
