April 14, 2001 Marks the first and hopefully not the last Land of the Lost Drive. What was attempted as a fun drive for NSX owners, had to be modified last minute due to scheduling issues with the NSX Club Vegas trip and track event looming on the horizon. With most of the NSX's being preped and saved for that event, the event was short on vehicles. Enter the NSX's younger yet very capable sibling Honda S2000. Apparently there are more S2000 fans than I personally thought there were. Needless to say the 4 NSX's that did show up were out numbered almost 5 to 1 by the S2000's. We also had a BMW M3 and an Audi TT to represent some European flair, a late model Corevtte to represent American muscle, and a handful of Mazda RX-7's to remind people that there is more to Japanese automotive than Honda, Toyota, & Nissan.
