We've changed our name, but our mission is the same.
F.A.R.E. is:
F.A.R.E. is a network of concerned people who care about the welfare of all animals, human and non-human on this planet we call earth.
F.A.R.E. promotes the humane treatment of all animals in every facet of life.
F.A.R.E. is an informational center for animal rights and environmental issues.
F.A.R.E. tries to bring people together that are interested in the same issues.
F.A.R.E. attempts to educate the public about animal rights and the environment.
F.A.R.E. is a distribution center for groups who show the same concern for ALL living creatures.
F.A.R.E. works for legal change.

F.A.R.E.'s Goals are ?
To stop the suffering of all animals and to expose those who are causing the suffering.
To bring an awareness to people of the importance of our relationship to all animals.
To work to protect our environment, as it is an important issue for both man and animals.
To fight to bring endangered animals back from the brink of extinction.
To work towards instituting alternatives to the use of animals in research: medical, weapons, cosmetics, psychological, household products, etc.
To bring an end to all cruel practices on animals.
To see an end to war and disharmony in the world for the sake of humans
and animals alike.

Representative Mike Rogers (R-MI) recently voted against a ban on the practice of Bear Baiting, against stopping the killing of  Bison in Yellowstone Park and against phasing out the use of snowmobiles in Yellowstone Park. Is Mike Rogers an Environmentally friendly and Animal concerned Representative? We'll let his record stand for itself. Let Mike know what you think of his poor record on environmental and animal issues.
Happy Tails was happy to report that their big fundraiser on August 17th was a big success. After expenses they raised over $7000. Congratulations and a big thanks to all who participated.
