RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days for a refund on the purchase price. The item must be in new condition to receive the full refund.

Cassettes, CD's and items that have been personalized (embroidered) or worn may not be returned. Returns are not accepted after 14 days. Customers returning items past 14 days forfeit both merchandise and refund. Failure to follow these return policies may result in no refund or a partial refund.

Returned items must include a copy of the invoice and reason for return. Items must be well packaged and clearly labeled. Items not returned in re-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
