Our oxidation catalyst modules and pre-engineered packages are the cost effective way to eliminate or reduce carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbon emissions.  Whether your concern is gas turbine exhaust, reciprocating engines, industrial boilers, or process heaters, our robust air pollution control catalyst products are the right choice to meet your emissions target.

Manufactured with durable, high efficiency, precious metal-based formulations our catalytic converters provide poison resistance, low pressure drop and high catalytic activity.  Oxidation catalyst products are supplied in modules that, if desired, can be pre-assembled in a panel for quick installation and removal, or shipped loose in rectangular or round shapes for packaging by others.

If your interest is a retrofit or replacement charge of catalyst, rest assured our engineers will provide the custom design to meet your specific needs.  Each system or catalyst product is specifically designed and manufactured to meet our customer's requirements.  We use the highest quality metal and ceramic honeycomb substrate coupled with application-specific washcoats and catalyst coatings.  

BENEFITS OF OUR EMISSIONS CONTROL CATALYST DESIGN

CUSTOM DESIGN - Each system or catalyst product is specifically designed and manufactured to meet our customer's application-specific requirements.

LOW PRESSURE DROP - When utilizing our metal honeycomb substrate, our products will provide the lowest possible pressure drop when compared to ceramic substrate or competitive designs.  Lower pressure drop means higher system efficiency and better overall performance.

HIGH CATALYTIC ACTIVITY - Our precious metal-based formulations provide high destruction levels at lower operating temperatures.   High activity, poison resistant formulations means reduction of carbon monoxide (CO), unburned hydrocarbons (VOC, UHC, NMHC & THC) and odors at lower temperatures and with less catalyst volume - less volume means lower capital cost and lower temperatures means lower operating cost.  In some cases, pollutant destruction levels of over 98% can be achieved.

MODULAR DESIGN - By using a modular design and, if applicable, custom engineered panels, catalyst installation and removal is quick and easy, saving on labor cost and process downtime.

POISON & SULFUR RESISTANT - Many proven washcoats and catalyst coatings allow us to provide the most durable emission control product for your application.  Our products will provide a long life and tolerate aggressive process conditions.  In most cases our products are washable, allowing performance rejuvination and extending intervals between product replacement.
