Mission

Educational Programs Consulting is committed to providing the most dedicated and professional educational disability screening, assessment, diagnostics, program development, in-service/staff development, tutoring, and advocacy at affordable costs to students and their families.

Who Are We?

All professionals working with EdProCon hold current Maryland State Department of Education Special Education Certificates either Professional or Advanced status. Each professional has a minimum of 5 years experience in teaching, assessing and reporting educational needs of diverse and many learners. EdProCon adheres fiercely to the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of our service.
Our in-service presenters have over 6 years experience in new teacher training and mentoring, classroom management and organization, state of the art instructional and inclusion practices, behavioral management, and the special education process.
We have provided expert witness/testimony and assessment reports that were instrumental during hearing proceedings to obtain needed services for students from the schools they attended.
We believe all children can learn, and treasure the opportunities and responsibilities of being part of any child's educational process.

Terms and Conditions

* First consultation is of no cost.
* Costs of services can be adjusted to income level so any child regardless of parent/guardian income can receive needed services.
