John Calvin McGehee Family "Taken 1892 in Public Wells, Weakley County, TN on the family farm he bought in 1864. He built the house in the background. He is seated in front with the beard. On his lap is youngest son (10th child) Elisha Benjamin McGehee (E.B.). Next to him on right is his only daughter Mary, the 9th child. Next to her is Mary Susan Miles McGehee, 1848-1923, his wife. To the far left in front row next to Elisha is Arthur. Standing in back row left to right are Thomas (died not long after this photo), my Grandfather Joseph Lee McGehee, William Franklin, James A., and his wife Emma, Richard Alexander (Alec) and his wife Annie Lee Tucker (sister to my grandmother Florence Tucker who married Joseph Lee). Their (Alec and Annie) first child is at her front of skirt. Missing are sons John Milton and Enock; both died young. I have all birth and death dates for all of these people."
