Welcome to my page
This is my first attempt at designing and publishing a webpage. I started out making this one just for fun. I'm so excited to be able to learn to do this at my age. It just goes to show you that you're never too old to learn new things. I took my first HTML class on January 10, 2000. I'm writing the source code for this page without using FrontPage or any other HTML editor.
After completing ten more classes, countless hours of study, and lots of praying, I took the Certified Internet Webmaster certification examination. I passed the exam with a pretty decent score. On November 27, 2000 I became recognized as a CIW-Certified Internet Webmaster Associate. For me this is icing on the cake. I plan to continue taking classes. Who knows where this will all end. One of my favorite things to do is surf the net. There are so many intesting and educational websites on the world wide web. You can find just anything you want, need or need to know with the click of a mouse. The resources on the web are endless. Here are just a few of my favorite sites.
The Love of My Life
This is my husband Sam. He is, was and always will be the love of my life. We were married for almost 26 years when he passed away in December 1998 from colon cancer. We had a wonderful life and a beautiful family. We all miss him very much.

My favorite photos
These are photos of my favorite little people, my grandchildren. The first photo is my beautiful granddaughter Lydia Brianna with her handsome brother Larry Wayne and the newest member of their family Lauryn Olivia. The bottom picture shows my adorable grandsons Joshua and Josiah. As you can see I'm a very proud grandmother.
