so stop by often and watch the Internet's premier ferret Web Messers at

This page belongs to Katrina and the
gang at the Ferretville Rescue Shelter in Warner Robins, GA. Here's what
Ferretville is all about:
Ferretville is a no-kill ferret small rescue
shelter with association with the Georgia Ferret Association (GFA). We are
located in Central Georgia. We take in ferrets from anywhere, for any reason,
at any age and stage of health. Any ferrets in other than good helath stay
unitl their heath is good enough to adopt out. We work with ferrets that
have behavioral problems, if you have a ferret that might not be the friendliest,
or you need help with litter training, or anything else, we may be able to
help. We also know a good deal about ferret illnesses, so if you are stumped
or need a second opinion, please contact us. At the moment there are fifteen
residents including eight permenant residents. Our numbers change quite
frequently due to the arrival and adoption of
ferrets.
Adopting
information:
There
are so many advantages to adopting. All our ferrets adopt out with a copy
of their shot records from the vet's office and their rabies tag. We don't
adopt to just anyone, though. In order to adopt from us we require an application
on paper, and either a phone interview, or a face to face interview (preferably
face to face). We want to make sure the ferret is going to a good home and
that the adopters know something about ferret care. We also require a picture
of the cage or to physically see it. We want to make sure the ferret is going
to be living in a safe environment. If you are interested in adopting a ferret
please contact
us.
