Developed an infertility program providing initial consultation, evaluation, therapy and coordinated referral to subspecialists when necessary. Designed and implemented a training program to teach allied providers to perform intrauterine insemination. The program saved approximately $450, 000.00 within 24 months for services previously provided by an outside contract.
