Evans Professional Services, Inc. (EPS,Inc.) is a Georgia based organization established in 1981 to provide specialized support services for the mortgage lending industry. Key personnel are experienced, degreed professionals. Integrity is our most valued asset. Proud members of the Mortgage Bankers Association of GA, Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, National Management Assoc, and Phi Kappa Phi. Past Chair of Quality Control Committee of MBGA, Recording Secretary for Atlanta Association of Professional Mortgage Women, Chair of the AAPMW Scholarship Committee (6yrs), and currently on the Board of Governors of MBAG.

The EPS staff is familiar with requirements and regulations for the Southeast, Northeast, Midwest and Southwest. Loans from these regions are reviewed on a regular basis. All other regions are reviewed on an as needed basis.
