INFORMATION ABOUT MY BIRTH PARENTS

I was born in New York City at the New York hospital on September 24, 1969 at 9:28 a.m. My birth mother named me Erika Young. I was put up for adoption through Spence-Chapin. My biological parents were from Quebec. They were 21 and not married. My mother was 5'8" tall with brown hair, almond-shaped eyes, small mouth and medium complexion. She was described as "friendly, very intelligent, sensitive and a lovely young woman". She enjoyed swimming, skiing and playing the organ. She was in business school studying to be a secretary. My father was 6'6" tall with blond hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. He was in college studying to be an engineer and enjoyed playing tennis and football.
