	The Animal Fanciers of Prince George's County has been organized to help local pet owners. New in town and don't know where to start looking for things to do? Want to find an obedience class for your dog? Looking for activities you can share with Fido? Would you like to adopt a pet or purchase a purebred pet from a breeder? Are you trying to find an apartment that will accept you and your pet? Looking for a dog park? Are you having difficulties with "the pit bull ban"? Hearings for DC "pit bull" ban were held. Markup session scheduled for October. There's still time to get involved! WE ARE IN A PETITION DRIVE! We want YOU to print our petition, get it signed by as many people as you can, and send it back to us as soon as possible!! Are you a school, library, day care center, recreational program, boys and girls club looking for an informative and interesting program for the children? You have found the right place for help...and folks who understand�Welcome!

The Animal Fanciers of Prince George's County is a local grass roots, pet owner advocate group in Maryland that:

wants children & adults to be safe around the pets they share their world with.

wants the residents of this county to have fun with their pets & be more enlightened pet owners.

keeps pet owners up to date on news they can use

wants fair & equitable laws for pet owners -- & their neighbors -- that are reasonable & enforceable.

organizes pet owners & other animal fanciers so these goals are addressed in government
