I had some glorious and some not to happy time in New York. Smile :) who ever create that sentence " Life never promise you a rose garden". While studying two words strike me by a Professor. And it was AMERICAN DREAM. TO Quote "HAVING A FAMILY, A HOUSE IN THE SUBURB, OWN A BUSINESS, OWN A CADILLAC, SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO COLLEGE". It was 1966 may be late 1980's THE AMERICAN DREAM COULD BE SILICON VALLEY TO COMPETE WITH Mr. GATES OR DELL. Smile:). Well, I dream on those two words and made it many times over. Here I include a few pictures the City of Bronx, Rockland County. This was my first Real Estate Office at 959 E. 233 St. Bronx, NY. My 2nd Office I do not have a picture of it. The place was on E. Gun Hill Road Bronx, NY. I juggle from Real Estate selling, renting, property management, appraisal, Insurance, Travel Agency, Law Office (Immigrations, Closing, Consultations) Income Tax. I was only 31years old and the youngest operating Realtor in the East Bronx in 1977and eager to have it all. The next picture is of my 2nd Wedding. Not much to say except she was younger than me and more than I she want the world and fast. Smile :) the 3rd picture are my cars I drove the Cadillac more room for a Realtor on business and my wife drive the BMW fast car like life was ended and she could not wait Smile:) Did anyone say poor Franck yet? :) Okay next to the car are my beautiful Daughter Mimi and her classmate friend. The 4th Picture was our 52" Hi Ranch in the suburb of Hempstead New City Rockland County with 6 Bedrooms a swimming pool in the backyard next to an apple trees. The 5th picture is my poodle coming to meet my ex wife parking the car coming from a shopping trip. Not bad you say, yeah right the pressure to have a monthly bills close to six thousand was not fun believe me. Well to make it short the marriage end in divorce I left New York, hello Florida. I bought a Franchise Orchid Dry Cleaners one in W. Colonial and the 2nd in Pine Hills that did not make it anniversary and I run before spending good money into bad money. Well, I decide Orlando was a peaceful enjoyable place to live I drop my guard and settle for an easy living by working for a Corporation keep busy and retire when the time come. Now I reside in the suburb of Seminole a few minutes to Orlando, FL. I hope that give a picture of where have I beenClick and view my other homepages index.html . Thank you for stopping.
