183rd Field Artillery Battalion

An Association
of World War II Veterans

This web site's mission is to preserve the history of the 183rd Field Artillery Battalion with special emphasis on its activities during World War II in the European Theatre of Operations, as well as the history of the unit prior to WWII. It also seeks to honor the memory of those gallant men who perished in battle, as well as those who have left our ranks since returning from overseas. Finally, our mission is to provide historical data for those researching WWII. In the process, we will show the patriotism and love the men of the 183rd feel for the United States of America.
