This is Baby Richard. Do you know that just 18 days after his conception his heart began beating? By six weeks, all the organs were present, as well as spinal cord and nervous system; an EKG could measure his brain waves.

This is Baby Ann. Do you know that just 2 1/2 months after conception, her body was completely formed, down to her fingerprints? At 3 months after conception, she could make a tiny fist, get hiccups, wake and sleep, and suck her thumb.

This is Baby Kristin. Do you stop to think that every day in our country little babies like Kristin are ripped apart alive, killed by caustic burns, and victims of "partial birth abortion"--legally, because they are still growing within their mothers, and despite the fact that since 8 weeks into gestation, they have been responsive to touch. In the U.S., this happens over 4,000 times every day.

NB: Abortion is not as safe as the pro-abortion advocates would like you to believe. There are well-documented studies which indicate that abortion has caused infection, hemorrhage, cervical tear, perforation of the uterus and other organs, sterility, and death. This is just the risk to the mother. Death always occurs to the baby!
