MARY F. FITZPATRICK AWARD — APPLICATION
FORM
The
Mary F. Fitzpatrick Award --for
artistic excellence in flower arrangement as expressed through photography.
Applicant MUST be the designer!
An award presented to the winner.
Entries will be judged by
a special committee.
REQUIREMENTS:
Open only to members of the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc.
Any type of flower arrangement, alone or in any setting, is acceptable,
including those for show or personal use.
(Try to have a plain background for ease of viewing the design entry)
Previously published photographs not acceptable.
Each member limited to 3 different
arrangements.
Submit a 5 X 7 color photo with pertinent information on front of
application and affix color photo to the backside of the application. Place inside a sheet protector. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope
if you want photo returned.
Remove Award ribbons and cards, if this is a Flower Show Design.
