DESSIE MOXLEY AWARD —
APPLICATION FORM
The
Dessie Moxley Award -- for beauty of
flower, fruit, or leaf formation, of a tree or shrub (close-up shot) as
expressed through photography. Applicant
must be the photographer! An award
presented to the winner.
Entries
will be judged by a special committee.
REQUIREMENTS:
Open only to members of the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc.
Any tree or shrub is eligible.
Preferably, it should be grown by the photographer. The botanical name should be known and
submitted with the application. If
photographer is not the grower, then location of the subject matter should be
submitted.
Previously published photographs are not acceptable.
Each member is limited to 3 different
photographs.
Submit a 5 X 7 color photo with pertinent information on front of
application and affix color photo to the back side of the application. Place inside a plastic sheet protector. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope if
you want photo returned.
