1.  Any member Club of the Federated Garden Clubs of Maryland, Inc. is eligible

2.  May be awarded for an activity with youth, excluding Young Gardener Clubs.

3.  Only one Youth Involvement and Development Award per Club per year.

4.  Project or activity must have been completed within the current year.

5.  Same project may not be submitted two consecutive years for this Award.

6.  Send application to State Awards Chairman before November 1^st.
