Do you have an interest in learning how work glass in the torch? Coming up in April is an opportunity for not just lampworking, but many classes that revolve around glass as its' medium. Check out the website for GlassCraft Expo which is held in Las Vegas, Nevada every year. Study with some of the top notch instructors in their field, and have a mini vacation in Las Vegas too. April 1-5, 2008
I'll be teaching this year, torch work classes for Beginners, learn the basics of flame working and make glass beads. Beginner class on Wed, Intermediate on Thursday, From the Garden to the Sea class on Friday, Whimsical Wonders on Saturday. My classes will be listed under Instructor Catharine Weaver under the "hot glass" section.
