We are a family run fishing club who's aim is to actively encourage members to have fun and to preserve the natural habitat of all our naitive wildlife.

We are the only fishing club that survived from the original Sunday Schools League established in the early 1800's. We are known as B.S.S.A.L. Mortfield Fishing Club. John and myself took over the running of the club in the early 1990's to stop the club from being taken over by Bolton Anglers and to preserve one of Bolton's vintage fishing clubs.
