These are some of the pictures of the work already done on my Barracuda when I bought it from Kim Powell.  As you can see, much of the airframe was completed when I bought it.  Kim had lost some pictures and his builder's log and I was in a bit of a quandry as to whether or not I could claim I built more than 51% of the aircraft.  But as the saying goes, 90% done, 90% to go.  My next step is to have a local EAA technical guy come out to look at the plane and the work perfomed so far and to give me his opinion.

It is clear to me that more than 50% is needed to finish this aircraft.  Some of the major components still required are the fuel tanks, cowling, flap, all glass, interior, all the wiring, all the instruments and avionics, the covering (in my case I am going with fiberglass), engine installation, and painting.
