American Bicycle Polo Association - homepage
Playtimes:

We play at 4:00 on Sunday afternoons at the Jefferson School playground at Van Giesen & George Washington.  3:00 from mid-October to mid-March.

We also have lunchtime games at 5th and Einstein, Richland at noon on weekdays if at least four players show up.  To get on the e-mail list for coordinating lunch meetings send us a message.  Walk-ons are welcome anytime.  Bring your mountain or cruiser bike and a helmet.

We are based in Richland Washington, USA.  We have a core group of regular players, a promising bunch of beginners, and some peripatetic individuals who play when they can.  Anyone is welcome to try out the game.  If you want to help support the organization (we carry insurance and supply balls and mallets), join the ABPA. (Or just send money - we offer a very accessible sponsorship program to offset the costs of uniforms and expenses for tournaments. ABPA is a tax-deductible 501-c3 organization.)
The ABPA teams blending into New Delhi.

Contact Steve to get your name added to the signup sheet for games.
Provisional International Rules -  These rules have been in use for International Bicycle Polo Federation tournaments since 2001.

For those familiar with equestrian polo, the rules of bicycle polo differ in that ride-offs
are not allowed and a player is limited to three consecutive taps of the ball.

A useful cheatsheet to the rules has been prepared by John Hupp.   It's worth some study.

We are also working on a set of short video clips illustrating a number of right-of-way situations, with commentary.
