The Court appointed Isaac Hutchison to carry out the decree.

Johnson - and Hall. --( I find this interesting as my great grandfather Joseph Hicks during the Civil War went to live with George Brown. George had a sister inlaw Caroline O'Dell who married Philip Keenan. My great grandfather Joseph grew up with several of the Keenan children and was supposed to marry Anne Keenan a beautiful girl with long red hair. But things change and he married great grandmother Mildred instead. Anne Keenan was thrown from a wagon coming from church when her long dress got caught in a wheel she has a death record in Nicholas Courthouse dated April 8, 1878 Ann V. Keenan Daughter of Philip & Caroline Keenan Age 17 Cause of death thrown from a wagon Informant George Brown uncle and my great grandfather Joseph named one of his daughters Ella after Anthony Mack Keenan's wife Ella.)
