Age 25 (Note his age is wrong on this record, he is 25 on the 1850 census and 46 on the 1870 census) Elizabeth McCune - Single Age 20 Married March 26, 1866 By S. B. Grose. Washington had a Land Grant of of 50 acres in Braxton Co. Part of his land later became Clay Co. and part Calhoun Co. He lived on the same farm with both wives but with formation of new counties has records in Braxton - Clay - Calhoun all while living on the same farm.
