Standard/Saddle crosses & full Standardbreds
available for purchase
KANSAS ALMAHURST
1980 Black Standardbred stallion  (Falcon Almahurst x Kazia Hanover)
This superbly-bred stallion was raced successfully until retiring.  Paternal grandson of the great Meadow Skipper, he also traces heavily to the Hanover lines on the maternal side.  Equipped with an awesome shoulder, long beautiful neck, lovely eye, & TINY ears, this guy will create excellent road horses or racking horses, if crossed with a gaited mare.  He trots rather than paces naturally, but was raced as a pacer.  See his 2001 filly out of a Saddlebred mare directly beneath his photo.  We are expecting a full Standardbred baby by Kansas in the spring of 2002.

DONATHAN RICHMAR
1995 Dark Bay Standardbred stallion  (Mark Johnathan x Czina Mar Bites)
By the number one winning pacing sire in Indiana, Donny is a gr.grandson of Meadow Skipper & Niatross, & is more of a natural pacer than Kansas.  He ambles easily under saddle, but yet has the most beautiful, free-shouldered trot you've ever seen.  Everything he does is enticing to watch.   Here, he's showing off his impressive trot, & his handsome profile.

This is RAVEN, our 2001 weanling by Kansas Almahurst & out of our best Saddlebred mare, Blue Mountain Denmark.  As you can see, she's very upheaded & refined, yet built like a powerhouse.  Can you say, "Road horse?"

We didn't breed Donathan last year, because I was driving him.  Watch for his upcoming foals in 2003
