Gcode 2000 Now reads Lines,Arcs,Rect,Circle,PolyLines,LWPolylines, Ellipse, Sorts object by size. Reads and writes DXF files.Supports Mechanical desktop, AutoCAD 10,11,12,13,14,2000, Autosketch, TurboCad, DesignCad, AshlarVellum, CorelDraw, Intelicad and SolidWorks.

A note to International users.

Set the decimal delimiter to a period from the Control panel under Regional settings.

Gcode is specifically designed for converting AutoCAD drawings into G-Code programs for use with any 2-D or 3-D machine such as Wire EDMs, Laser Etchers, Flame cutting, Milling , Lathes etc. Also Gcode can be used for creating individual complicated tool paths for 2-D and 3-D machines. Gcode is a low cost opportunity for small independent machine shops to convert their drawings into useful programs for their CNC and DNC equipment without the hassle of figuring out the geometry manually. Version 2000 adds 3d contouring and files up to 1 million lines. Bi-directional Rs232 Serial communication is provided to hard wire the PC to the machine tool.

Simply draw the outline of the part on a dedicated layer.

Then DXF out the file.

Load the DXF file into Gcode which will process and plot it.

Ttf to Dxf will take text in any true type font

and convert it to a dxf file.

A paragraph of text can be saved as a DXF file.

Gcode2000 or Autocad can then manipulate the file.

Useful for engraving routing and sign making.

OVERVIEW: Nester Requires Windows 95/98/2000 or NT. Nester is specifically designed for converting CAD drawings into GCode programs for use with any 2-D or 3-D machine and then nesting the path into an array across a sheet. Alternativly existing Gcode tool paths can be processed. nesting is done on the XY plane but 3d files can be processed an viewed from any point.

Best suited for: Machines such as Laser Etchers, Flame cutting, Waterjet, Routing etc. A multi document interface allows for nesting many different parts onto a sheet.
