Founded in 1989 as a Religious Society in the State of Maryland
The Circle of Amber Rose
is an eclectic group of Wiccans.
Amber Rose has grown from it's original five members in 1989
to over sixty members in 2003.
While based in a Gardinarian tradition, we have expanded over the years to embrace all ethical Pagan paths. We continue to follow a traditional 'degree' system whereby Students progress through a series of lessons with the goal of eventually achieving Third Degree. Several of our Third Degree members have 'Hived' and formed their own Covens.

We accept sincere Seekers who follow an Ethical Path regardless of age, gender or sexual orientation.
Seekers must first meet personally with an Elder before being invited to attend Ritual.
If, in the decision of that Elder, the Seeker is ethical, and if the Seeker agrees to abide by the Constitution of The Circle of Amber Rose, the Seeker is then invited to attend a Gathering and meet with other members of the Coven.
If, after attending several Gatherings and Rituals, the Seeker decides that they wish to become a member, then they must choose a Teacher from among our Council of Elders.
We believe the link between Student and Teacher to be sacred.
Although each member of our Coven Family is expected to help defray the costs of Gatherings and publications, there is never a charge for training or Ritual attendence.
For those in need, we offer scholorships to our Clan Gathering, Mystai Quest, Vision Quest and other Coven Events.
