Masters Group Mission

The mission of The Masters Group is to facilitate the transformation of consciousness; beginning with the individual, and extending to the society. We provide programs, platforms and projects toward that goal.

August 11th Concert at the Mall

On Wednesday, August 11, we are sponsoring an Interfaith Chant for Peace at the Sylvan Theatre, next to the Washington Monument. Representatives from many religious and spiritual approaches will be chanting/singing the sacred name of God, each in his or her own tradition. We are asking that many people join us there, from 6-9 am and 3-9 pm, to participate. We are also asking for participation from others around the world; to chant or sing the sacred name of God in your tradition, and to focus with us on the geographical location of the Washington Monument. .We are maximizing every potential for Peace in this event - the devotional reverence to God in each tradition; the intense energy of the particular day; and the geographical location of the Washington Monument. In doing this, we intend to facilitate the shift in human consciousness to a much higher level, to create Peace. Will you help us? Your financial assistance is appreciated. The Earth Center

The Earth Center for Peace is being created as a permanent location for the creation of peace, from a heightened consciousness, Godcentered focus. Agreement for collaboration has been received from a former Assistant Secretary General of the UN, ambassadors, religious and spiritual representatives, and the founder of a large international interfaith organization. We are now beginning a thrust to involve the embassies in Washington. Dedication was held in April of 1998 in a beautiful conference center an hour southwest of Washington, DC. Representatives from many religious and spiritual organizations participated; Peace Troubadour James Twyman assisted in the dedication. A spiritual field of consciousness is being purposely placed there to facilitate the creation of effective programs for peace, from the highest potential level of consciousness. We hold that there are many valid paths to God and a heightened level of awareness. Now, plans are being made for the gathering of the "peacemakers" for planning in five areas: health, environment, business, education, and international trade . Official collaboration with this conference center is being seriously considered by the center officials, and now needs to be funded to become an effective reality. Some of our small peace programs, such as a Muslim/Interfaith conference following last year's Second International Islamic Conference for Peace, have been cosponsored by the conference center to reduce our costs, but the next desired level of our programs needs appropriate funding. Funding will be used to provide office space, salaries, and ongoing expenses.
