Full bath with antique tub. Amenities include: Dock, canoe, wood-stove, TV/VCR, microwave, toaster, phone, gas grill, lawn furniture, hammock, picnic table and outdoor fire pit. No smoking or pets allowed.

Rental
$850 Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday during summer months, weekend rentals considered.
Deposits
One-half deposit ($500) required on all reservations. Balance of ($500) Rental due 30 days before the Rental Date. There is a $150 cleaning/damage deposit which will be returned to you after your stay unless expenses have been incurred.
