| LEMON COOKIES
If you like soft, cake-like cookies, you will love these--and they are so
easy!
1 lemon cake mix (without pudding)
1 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping
1 egg
powdered sugar
Mix cake mix, frozen whipped topping and egg together thoroughly. Form into
balls, about walnut size, and sprinkle evenly with powdered sugar (I use
a hand sifter for this).
Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown, about 8-10 minutes. Will be very
soft. Cool slightly, then remove to racks.
A scoop-type cookie dropper works well with this recipe, as the dough is
very gooey to work with.
Makes about 3 dozen. May be made with your favorite flavor of cake mix. |
