| OUR FAVORITE PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
With a busy lifestyle, I make pizza dough in the bread machine--and this
is our favorite recipe to date. It includes amounts for small, medium or
large recipes. Turns out perfect pizza crust every time, whether your preference
is thick or thin. I also use this recipe for stromboli or calzone (pizza
ingredients inside a rectangular shaped roll).

water 2/3 cup
1 cup 1 1/3 cups
olive oil 2 tbs.
3 tbs. 1/4 cup
salt 1/4 tsp.
1/3 tsp. 1/2 tsp.
sugar 1/2 tsp.
3/4 tsp. 1 tsp.
bread flour* 2 cups 3 cups
4 cups
yeast 1 tsp.
1/12 tsp. 2 tsp.
*May substitute one half whole wheat flour for one half of the bread flour.
Place ingredients in well of bread machine in order that your manufacturer
suggests. My bread machine requires wet ingredients to go in followed by
dry with yeast as the last ingredient. |
