Easy Scalloped Potatoes
EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES

Another important staple in the modern day pantry is a variety of soups. Many dishes have been created out of necessity, as was this one, so I’m told.


8 potatoes, sliced thinly

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1/2 cup milk

1 onion, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan, heat soups, milk, onion and seasoning together. Place sliced potatoes in a greased 9x13 casserole. Pour heated mixture over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
