These Santas are made by Leah Gladson of Gladson Creations. Each figurative sculpture is a one of a kind and completely designed and sculpted by the artist. Some of them are whimsical and some are traditional, but each one is unique in it's own special way!

Mr. and Mrs Claus
Santa is dressed for a hard day of work.......he is going over his list and checking it twice.........looking through the chest of toys to see just what each child will get on Christmas morning! Mrs. Santa is taking a break from making cookies! This Christmas duo was made as a present for my mother-in-law. These are the very figures that got me started in making figurative sculptures! It seems like so long ago!
They are in her private collection.

Gone Fishin' Santa
This specialized Santa was made when I wanted to show the other side of Santa
........what would Santa do with a day off.............
why, he would go fishin', of course!
He has red waders and a fishin' hat complete with hand tied flies! Not to mention his tackle box full of tackle and kreel just waiting for the fish that he has in his net! There is even a can of worms sitting on the rock by his feet! Each of the tiny details of his fishing rod and tackle was made by the artist to fit this figure!

Black Santa
This Santa was made to represent what Santa would look like to some people in the world.........I feel that Santa is what you make of him.......not what just one group of people think he should look like! I believe that this is one of the best sculptures that I have made and one of the most unique! He is my favorite Santa! This Santa is in a private collection.

Spoke Not a Word......
As the title of this figure denotes........
"He spoke not a word but went straight to his work."
...........is my tribute to the wonderful Christmas tale...........
I really enjoyed turning this figure, that started out being something completely different, into this delightful Traditional Santa. He is in my private collection of Santas.
