America and her rich historical Christian Traditions are under assault by individuals,
groups and organizations on the political left in this country and the time has come
for Christians and Jews alike to take a stand and begin to fight back.  We cannot sit
idly by while our rights are taken away on an almost daily basis.  It is time to get off
your duffs and to take action so we are doing this by starting a grass roots political
action organization called GODSPACT -- The General Organization Dedicated to
Securing and Preserving America's Christian Traditions.  We are taking action and
are in the vanguard of a great movement which proclaims that Christians are not
"Second Class" citizens.

The Bible (1 Samuel) tells us about a great battle in Israel where the Philistines
brought forward a great warrior (an actual giant man named Goliath) and that he
mocked the army of Israel, daring them to try to  attack his Philistine army.  It
tells us how a young man named David went to the site to deliver food to his
brothers and witnessed this taunting and harassment.  To quote David, who went
on to become one of the greatest kings of Israel (1 Samuel 17:26), "For who is this
uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?"
David then went on to kill Goliath with a sling shot, and one stone.

In our country we face a similar danger and I ask you, the Christian.  Who are those
uncircumcised Philistines that they should defy the armies of the living God?"  Don't
let them continue to have victory over you!  You are a son of God and have the
obligation to defend your faith, morals and values.  Stop being complacent and act!

Romualdo Enterprises is the "Official" corporate name or identity of our commercial
and business ventures group.  It is used much like an "umbrella" corporation for legal
purposes along with the lesser used Romualdo & Associates identifier.

The Romualdo Organization is the "Official" corporate name or identity of our "Not for
Profit" entities.  It is used much like an "umbrella" identity for legal purposes.

The Romualdo Foundation, also known as the Romualdo Family Foundation serves
several unique and distinct purposes. First and foremost, it is a legal corporation
designed to protect the "Romualdo Family Fortune and assets."  

Second, as God blesses our family and provides us with the means to do so, it will
hopefully serve in a philanthropic manner by dispersing financial assistance to groups
and organizations we deem needy of our assistance.  The plan is simple -- to help
others with the resources with which we have been blessed.

Giving will be totally based upon our beliefs and the specific needs of the group(s) we
chose to assist and will mainly be made up of but not limited to secular and religious
organizations such as non commercial Christian Radio Stations and other Religious
and evangelistic or Missionary projects.
  
We also intend to continue to support the Boy Scouts of America.  This is a wonderful
organization whose ideals and beliefs are shared by many.  In our opinion, the political
left and like organizations or groups in this country has been attacking the Boy
Scouts because they do not wish to have openly avowed homosexual Scout Leaders in their units, and having a son who is a Scout I happen to agree with that decision.
Additionally, the United States Supreme Court has upheld the Boy Scouts "right to
free association" yet that is not good enough.  Some call this bigotry, intolerance or
"homophobia," but honestly speaking, that means "Scared of men" and we are not
afraid of men.  What or who gives them such political power?  The media?  Think about
it.  I don't want the fox placed in the chicken house.  Secondly, why is there a need for
these people to tell everyone that they are homosexual?  I don't know of any "straight"
people that when introducing themselves to another person announces that they are
heterosexual yet "gays" do this all the time.  It is disrespectful and tacky.

Gladys has expressed the desire to help orphanages both locally and abroad.  Help
would be in the form of finances, as well as presents and possibly include field trips for
the children to theme parks.

Mario desires to assist an organization called "FRIENDS OF THE IDF" which is based
in New York City.  This is an organization which raises funds in order to provide
facilities for the use of active duty members of the Israel Defense Forces who are on
leave for rest and recuperation.
