Carmine Brogna
CARMINE A.
BROGNA 
Carmine was born on November 21, 1941. His superior academic credentials
include a Bachelor's Degree With High Distinction from the University of
Arizona in 1968 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in
1970 where he was an Arizona Law Review Scholar. After admission
to the State Bar of Arizona in 1970, Carmine developed his trial skills
in the public arena, before dedicating his career to the defense of civil
litigation.
Carmine's experience is broad based and includes the successful handling
of cases involving products liability, arson/fraud insurance investigation
and litigation, employment litigation, premises liability, residential
and commercial construction and design litigation, mining operations liability,
elder abuse, sexual molestation and abuse litigation, civil rights litigation,
auto liability and general liability. His experience in arson and
fraudulent claims matters makes Carmine a frequently requested speaker
at seminars and conferences both within and outside the legal community.
Community service is also a part of the Brogna family tradition.
Carmine's wife is a social worker specializing in the very old and the
very young. Carmine is a longstanding member and contributor to the
Volunteer Lawyers Program.
