J. COLE HERNANDEZ 

                  Cole, born on April 16, 1963, is truly a southwestern attorney.  After receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech University in 1985, he obtained a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University in 1991.  He has been admitted to the State Bars of Texas (1991), New Mexico (1992) and Arizona (1998).  Cole remains licensed to practice in all these jurisdictions.

                    Cole's practice and career has, from its beginning, been dedicated to the handling of the defense of civil litigation.  He has extensive experience in matters involving auto liability, products liability, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.  His exceptional writing and advocacy skills have resulted in significant benefit to the firm and the clients we serve.  These abilities, coupled with his southwestern history bring a unique presence to the courtroom and his practice, generally.

                    Likewise, Cole shares a strong sense of community.  He is active with the Volunteer Lawyers Program and is always available to help those in the community that might not otherwise be able to obtain representation.
