William Rubin
WILLIAM L.
RUBIN 
Bill was born in Brooklyn, New York, on May 20, 1960. After moving
to Arizona, he attended the University of Arizona where he earned both
a Bachelor's Degree With Distinction in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate in 1985.
Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1985, Bill hit the litigation defense
practice running. His experience, skills, and professionalism quickly
earned him membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. His
reputation for toughness and the highest ethical standards resulted, in
1995, in his selection by the Supreme Court of Arizona for service on the
Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, one of the most prestigious of the
Supreme Court appointments. Bill also serves as an Officer of the
Tucson Defense Bar.
Bill has handled all manner of defense litigation involving products liability,
medical products liability, dram shop liability, fraternity/social liability,
child care, molestation and abuse litigation, trucking and common carrier
liability, legal malpractice, auto liability and general liability.
His unique analytical skills have led to his expertise and reputation for
handling insurance coverage, declaratory action and bad faith analysis
and litigation. His opinion and guidance is often requested by lawyers
around the State of Arizona.
Bill and his wife, Pamela, also an attorney, are dedicated to their state
and community. BIll serves on the Insight.Com Bowl Committee and,
as mentioned, Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. Pamela will
soon serve as President of the State Bar of Arizona.
