1. Michiel¹ LE CLERCQ was born around 1550. He is listed as the father of Michiel Le Clercq in his son's 1601 marriage contract to Judith Du Quesne in the records of the Walloon church, Canterbury, Kent, England

She was assisted by Marie Nepeue, her sister, Abraham de Lespau and Pierre Carpentried, her brothers-in-law, Pierre le Noble and Jaques le Noble her uncles, Samuel Sedt and Jean Donnaing, her great uncles.

He was accompanied by Jean du Quesne, his father-in-law. She was accompanied by Wallerand and Franchois de Ricquebourg and Marie and Caterine de la Becque, her aunts and their wives. The marriage contract mentions property of Marie at Lille [Flanders], Jean le Clereq, son of Michiel by his late wife Judith du Quesne.

Jacquemaine signed a marriage contract with Michiel LE CLERCQ in Canterbury, England, 8 Oct 1628.
