Tuition Policies

Tuition Policy Disclosures
This statement presents the financial policies of our Lutheran School.  The financial policies were adopted by the Board for Parochial Education and are designed to efficiently handle School accounts.
1.  The non-refundable Application Fee for students entering our PreKindergarten program is $50.00 and for students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade is $100.00.  This fee is due upon completing the application form.  Application forms not accompanied by this fee will not hold a place in the classroom for your child.
2.  The Supply Fee for PreKindergarten students and the School Book/Supply Fee for Kindergarten through 8th Grade students is as follows:

     K3, K4   2-day program                    $60.00 per year per child
     K3, K4   3-day program                    $80.00 per year per child
     K3, K4   5-day, half-day program       $95.00 per year per child
     Kindergarteners                             $185.00 per year per chilld
     1st through 8th Grade students        $250.00 per year per child

This fee is due on the 1st of July so that we may pay for all the books/supplies and/or materials ordered for your child for the school year.

Refunds of this fee is pro-rated until 20 days after school begins.  After 20 days there is no refund of this fee.  This fee also does not change even though you register mid-way through the school year as the cost of supplies and books does not change.
3.  The annual tuition per student is:

              PreKindergarten 2-day program       $620.00 per year per child
                                      3-day program       $930.00 per year per child
                                      5-day program       $1570.00 per year per child
              Kindergarten through 8th Grade      $2740.00 per year first child
              GSL Church members (K- 8)          $1540.00 per year each child

Multiple student discounts (Grades K-8 only) are...2nd child, $2240.00; 3rd child, $2240.00; 4th child or more each, $2240.00 each.

The tuition fees may be paid by 3 different choices:

               1.  Full tuition paid at time of enrollment.
               2.  Two (2) semester payments:  1st on August 1 and 2nd on January 1
               3.  Ten (10) monthly payments beginning August 1 and ending May 1
