I am a graduate of The Chicago School of Massage Therapies one year long program and have been doing massage therapy full time at health club's, Chiropractic offices and my home office since April 1989.
My home office is in the Lakeview area of Chicago. I work on a stationary table in a room set up just for massage, with relaxing music and candles. I strive for excellence including the use of aromatherapy and moist heat pack's in most of my treatments.
I normally start a treatment with gentle stretching and warming moves to allow you to relax, moving on to Swedish, Esalen and Deep tissue as you start to let go. I use a more intense pressure to get into the tight muscles and for specific problem areas. The pressure point techniques that I use are Myofascial release, Nueromuscular and Reflexology.
I hope you appreciate the theraputic effects that massage therapy can provide. The mind body connection has been well documented and massage can help eliminate toxins and strengthen the immune system. The relaxation response and it's effect on the mind body connection is Very important.
With the amount of time and effort that I have put into becoming an excellent massage therapist please don't discount my abilities by requesting illegal activity.
