OBEDIENCE RALLY

• Review Chapters 1 and 2 of the Obedience Regulations • Ring set up and procedure

• Ring set up and procedure • Explanation and demonstration of Rally signs and exercises

• Explanation and demonstration of: • Scoring of Rally Novice, Rally Advanced and Rally Excellent

• Heel Position/Handler errors • Scoring of handler errors

• Recall • Judge’s position

• Scoring of Novice, Open and Utility • Review of new changes and policies

• Scoring of handler errors • Miscellaneous topics and policies

• Judge’s position • Questions and Answers

• Review any new changes and policies • Course runs as time permits

Location: Obedience Dog Training Club of Waterbury, 11 Robinson Lane, Oxford, CT 06478

Take I-84 East or West to exit 16. At end of ramp, turn left onto Rt.188 South. Go approx. 1 mile and turn left onto Airport Rd. Continue straight about 3/4 mile and turn right onto Christian St. (2nd right off Airport Rd.). Follow Christian St. approx. 1 mile to Robinson Lane (4th right) between Ma’s Mini-Storage and Joyce Trucking. Turn onto Robinson Lane. The training facility is .1 mile on the left in the back of the building.

Rt. 8 South or Rt. 63 to I-84 and proceed as above

Rt. 8 North to exit 22 (Bank St.).Left off exit. Left onto Route 67. Proceed on Rt. 67 for 5 miles. Turn right onto Christian St. for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Robinson Lane and proceed as above.
